Baobab, Turmeric & Lemon Fizz balls

Baobab, Turmeric & Lemon Fizz balls

Makes 40 balls 

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp RAWBEING Baobab powder
2 cup cashew nuts
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup dates
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp turmeric powder
Up to 3 tbsp of lemon juice
Zest of 2 lemons 

METHOD:

Mix 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut with the turmeric powder. Put to one side

Add the rest of the coconut, cashews, chia seeds and baobab to a food processor and blitz to a fine crumb. Then add the dates, lemon zest and 2 tbsp of lemon juice and blitz again until sticky enough to roll. Only add the third tbsp of lemon juice if mixture is looking too dry. Make into small, evenly sized balls.

Sprinkle your turmeric/coconut onto a chopping board and roll the balls until evenly coated.

Place in fridge to cool for 20 min
